Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

2. Shipping Times

As an international dropshipping store, products may be shipped from different warehouses and suppliers worldwide.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

4. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details via email after shipment.

Please allow 2–7 business days for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes.

  • Zenvora is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

6. Multiple Shipments

Because products may be sourced from different suppliers and fulfillment centers, items from the same order may arrive separately and at different times.

Customers may receive multiple packages for a single order.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we work closely with our suppliers and shipping partners, delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Public holidays

  • High shipping volume

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Zenvora is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Orders may be returned or lost.

Zenvora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  3. Reach out to our support team for assistance.

While we will make reasonable efforts to help locate missing packages, Zenvora cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

10. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

After review, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers may request order modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
